Right now there is nothing more depressing to anyone starting a business than the news reports.  Everything is about the credit crunch.  How the economy is going down the pan, how businesses are failing etc.

An interesting article over on HR Capitalist.  Apparently with so many candidates having so many email address’ it can no longer be sure that candidates will get the emails that you sent them, and certainly not in a timely fashion.
