Recruitment Nick is a mid twenties ex-engineering recruitment consultant looking to get back into the marketplace.  However previous experience of having owned his own marketing agency has led him to rebel at the idea of having a boss again.  So whilst he is currently working a 9 to 5 copy-writing for a local marketing firm, out of hours he can be found hunched over his computer working at starting his own recruitment company, with a projected start date of the 1st of September 2008.

Outside of recruitment (yes there is an outside) Recruitment Nick is a sports obsessed Welshman.  Rugby, football, boxing, tennis, bobsled… pretty much anything with a bit of competition (aside from cricket, he does have some standards).

This blog is meant for two things

1.  To give other consultants considering starting their own recruitment company a resource to use.

2. To build a rod for his own back, fear of failure is far higher when you are public about what you are doing.

So fingers crossed and watch the highs and lows of Recruitment Nicks dream of running his own recruitment business.
